Who we are
Ipertech is the trading name of Ammendola Veronica, an Italian sole trader based in Marigliano, in the province of Naples. The business started in 2025 and sells exclusively online.
We do not have a shop open to the public: orders leave our premises by express courier and, for customers living nearby, collection can be arranged by appointment. The replies you receive come from us, not from an outside service.
How Ipertech began
Ipertech began with a simple idea: to make technology genuinely accessible, not only in price but in human support. We had seen too many people feel alone when buying online, with no answers and no one listening. So we built a different kind of shop: transparent, close, human.
Our approach
For us, inclusion means creating a space where anyone can feel welcome and understood. Whether you are an expert or a complete beginner, we guide you with respect, patience and plain language.
What we sell
Our catalogue contains two different things, and we want to be clear about it:
- Branded products — smartphones, TVs, consoles, large and small appliances from the main manufacturers, new and with the manufacturer’s warranty. We buy them from distributors operating in Italy and we keep the corresponding purchase invoices.
- Accessories and unbranded goods — screen protectors, cables, mounts, small devices for the home and personal care, often with no well-known brand on the box. We select them ourselves and sell them as such, without attributing to them brands they do not have.
Everything we sell carries the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code, and the right of withdrawal within 14 days.
Independent retailer
Ipertech is an independent retailer. The brands of the products we carry belong to their respective owners and we have no partnership, affiliation or authorisation relationship with them. When we mention a brand, we do so solely to identify the product we are selling.

We answer every day, from 8am to 10pm: by phone and on WhatsApp at +39 331 415 4297, by email at info@ipertech.it and through the chat on the site. An automatic reply on the chat may help you outside those hours, but the person writing to you is always one of us.
