Username and Password

Username and Password:

The username, a valid email address, and the password are necessary to complete orders, access your personal area (where you can find order details, personal data and you can create a favorites list).

Username: Must be a valid email and will be verified via a 6-digit code sent via email. Once verified, it will no longer be editable.

Password: It must be different from the username, composed of at least 8 characters with at least one letter and one number. It cannot contain the same character more than 2 times. It is case sensitive.

Change Password:

If you decide to change it, the new password must be different from the previous one.

Forgot password?

If you lose it, go to the "Forgot your password?" section. on the login page. Enter your registration email address.

You will receive an email with a link that will take you to a form to create a new password. The link is temporary, so if it expires, you can request a new one.
