Shipping policy
Domestic shipping (Italy)
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the moment you receive the order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with the tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
The total time is the sum of two stages: 1-2 working days of preparation and then 24-48 hours in transit by express courier for Italian destinations. Under normal conditions you will therefore receive your order within 2-4 working days of confirmation.
During peak periods — the Christmas holidays, Black Friday, seasonal sales — courier delivery times may be longer than usual, for reasons outside our control. In those periods we keep you updated on your order by email.
If your shipment is late compared with the times stated above, write to info@ipertech.it or on WhatsApp at +39 331 415 4297: we will check with the courier and get back to you. If the order does not arrive, you are entitled to a full refund.
Shipping costs
Within Italy, shipping is free up to a total order weight of 10 kg. Above 10 kg the following charges apply:
- 10 to 20 kg: € 28.00
- 20 to 100 kg: € 50.00
- over 100 kg: € 90.00
For destinations outside Italy the cost depends on the country and the weight, and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Free local delivery
We deliver locally between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday. We will contact you by email or on the telephone number you gave at checkout to agree the delivery day.
Collection by appointment
Ipertech is an online business and does not have a shop open to the public: collection takes place by appointment at our premises in Corso Umberto I 438, 80034 Marigliano (NA), Italy.
You can avoid shipping costs by choosing local collection at checkout. Your order will be prepared by the next working day; when it is ready you will receive an email and we will agree the day and time of collection together, Monday to Friday. Please bring your order confirmation email with you.
International shipping
We ship worldwide: the European Union, non-EU European countries (including Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway and Turkey), the Americas, Asia, Africa and Oceania.
The available destination countries and the corresponding shipping costs are always shown and calculated at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT), which are applied when the shipment reaches the destination country. Ipertech is not responsible for these additional charges, which are payable by you as the customer.
