Tracked shipping
We ship within Italy by express courier. Every shipment is tracked: as soon as the parcel leaves, you receive the tracking code by e-mail.
Delivery times
Times add up across two distinct stages:
- Order preparation: 1-2 business days from order confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
- Transport: 1-2 business days from courier collection.
In total, delivery normally takes place within 2-4 business days of the order. These times are estimates and are not guaranteed: they may vary depending on the destination, on product availability and on busier periods for couriers, particularly between 1 and 25 December.

Where we ship
At present we ship within Italy only. Collection at our premises is not available: Ipertech is an e-commerce business and has no shop open to the public.
Couriers
We work with several express couriers, including UPS, SDA, BRT, GLS and DHL. We choose the fastest one for each delivery area.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, as stated in our refund policy.
