The use of cookies takes place in compliance with the relevant European legislation (Directive 2009/136/EC amended Directive 2002/58/EC "E Privacy) and national (Guarantor Provision for the protection of personal data of 8 May 2014 and subsequent clarifications as well as Cookie Guidelines and other tracking tools of 10 June 2021 n.231).
Types of Cookies
The hypertech site uses cookies to make the user's browsing experience easier and more intuitive: cookies are small strings of text used to store some information that may concern the user, his preferences or the Internet access device ( computer, tablet or mobile phone) and are mainly used to adapt the functioning of the site to the user's expectations, offering a more personalized browsing experience and memorizing the choices made previously.

Session cookies are cookies that are not stored permanently on the user's computer and are deleted when the browser is closed. Technical cookies

Third party cookies
In relation to their origin, a distinction is made between cookies sent to the browser directly from the site you are visiting and third-party cookies sent to your computer from other sites and not from the one you are visiting. Profiling cookies are those that create profiles relating to the user and are used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user when browsing the internet. Profiling cookies are used to create a user profile, based on the user's preferences and tastes that he expresses while browsing the Internet, and to display advertising messages consistent with his profile. In this way the advertising messages that the user will see will be those of greatest interest.
When these types of cookies are used, the user must give explicit consent, which will appear in the banner as soon as the user enters the site. Article 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and article 122 of the Data Protection Code will apply, and provision no. 231 of 10 June 2021 of the Privacy Guarantor.
