Returns and Refunds

Pursuant to the articles. 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract of the Product without having to incur costs other than the direct costs of returning the goods, as provided for in this section and without having to provide any reason, within the period of 14 days for returns. If 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its packaging. The Product may be tried, tested or verified but must not have been used; it must therefore be kept with normal diligence and returned intact, perfectly suitable for the use for which it is intended and free of signs of wear or dirt, complete in all its parts, accompanied by all accessories and information sheets, with identification tags, labels, if any, still attached to the Product and intact and not tampered with.

The Products sold on the Site are shipped in their authentic packaging; During the return phase, the Products must be returned as received, possibly in their packaging and including any accessories (e.g. cables, batteries, manuals...) and/or elements that constitute an integral part thereof.

For different types of goods, returns are excluded. Goods such as personal personal care items cannot be returned. (Straighteners, Hairdryer...)

Further items for which returns are excluded:
* Gift Vouchers
* Downloadable software products
* Some health items

For return purposes, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

* CD, DVD, Software, video game, vinyl record that has been opened.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the item has been received. We will also notify you when your refund request is approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method, within a maximum of 14 business days.

Late or outstanding refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; It may take some time for the refund to be formally posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time involved when registering a refund.

Items on offer (if applicable)
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible for the items on offer.

Changes (if applicable)

We only replace items if defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email toipertechworld@hotmail.com and send the item to the following address: Corso Umberto 1 n 438 80034 Marigliano NA Italy.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you in person, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be made aware of the your return.
Shipping

Shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.

Depending on the country you live in, the time it takes for your replacement product to be delivered may vary.

If you need to ship an item worth over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
