Returns and refunds

Under articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, within 14 days of delivery, save for the exceptions set out in article 59 of the Consumer Code.

The rights under the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity remain unaffected (articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code) and can be exercised after the 14 days as well.

How to withdraw

Write to info@ipertech.it quoting your order number within 14 days of delivery. You then have 14 days to send the product back.

Condition of the returned product

You may examine and try the product as you would in a shop. We ask you to return it complete with all accessories, manuals and original packaging, packed so that it is protected in transit.

If the value of the product is diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may withhold from the refund an amount proportionate to that diminished value.

When withdrawal does not apply

Under article 59(e) of the Consumer Code, sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene cannot be returned once the seal has been opened after delivery: for example shavers, beard trimmers, epilators, electric toothbrush heads and accessories intended for direct contact with the skin. If the seal has not been opened, return remains possible.

Withdrawal is also excluded for gift cards and for digital content supplied without a tangible medium.

How to return the product

Returns are made by post or courier, to: Ipertech di Veronica Ammendola — Corso Umberto I 438, 80034 Marigliano (NA), Italy.

Returning the product in person at our premises is not available: Ipertech is an e-commerce business and has no shop open to the public.

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

Costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We do not charge any restocking fee. For products worth more than €75 we recommend a tracked or insured shipment.

Refund

Once we receive the return we will send you a confirmation e-mail. The refund will be credited to the card or payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days of our being informed of your decision to withdraw.

If you do not see the credit, first check your account and contact your card issuer: bank processing times can add a few days. If after these checks the refund still does not appear, write to info@ipertech.it.

Damaged or faulty product

If the product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us straight away with photos of the product and the packaging: we will arrange a replacement or a refund. For defects of conformity that appear later, the 24-month legal guarantee under articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code applies.
