To publish your review, it is necessary to process some of your personal data. This information describes how Ipertech manages and protects such information.

Data Collected and Use

The provision of the requested personal data is optional but essential to proceed with the publication of your review. Such data will be processed in accordance with article 6, par. 1, letter. a) of EU Reg. 679/2016. The email address is required to keep your review published and send you relevant communications (such as confirmations, acceptances or rejections).

All data provided via the "Write a Review" form will be retained for a period of 5 years, in line with the life cycle of the product being reviewed, in order to ensure consistency between the author and the publication.

If you decide to use the same data to register on our site or to join other services, these will be managed separately from the data collected for publishing the review. We will respect your most recent consent preferences, without automatically aligning them with other previously expressed consent expressions.

Publication and Sharing of Data

The data entered in the form will be published on the Ipertech website and will remain online as long as the reviewed product is present on the site itself. However, the email address provided will not be made public or disseminated in any way.

Ipertech may share the data collected with technological partners appropriately appointed as data controllers, as specified in current regulations.

Data Transfer

Your data may be processed outside the European Union. We undertake all necessary measures to ensure compliance with data transfer laws, adopting, if requested, the standard contractual clauses established by the European Commission, as required by art. 46 of EU Reg. 679/2016. It is important to note that, despite these measures, the level of protection of your data may be different from that recognized in Italy.

Data Controller and User Rights

The data controller is Ipertech, with headquarters in Corso Umberto I, 438- Marigliano. You have the right to request information on the personal data processed and to exercise the rights provided for by the articles. 15 and following of EU Reg. 679/2016, such as access, rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing and portability, by writing to the Data Controller at the email addressipertechworld@hotmail.com.

If you believe that your rights have been violated, you have the right to contact the competent Guarantor for the protection of personal data, as provided for by the art. 77 of the European Regulation on the protection of personal data, or to appeal directly to the judicial authority.
