A 220V electric heating blanket in soft, thick plush, available in three sizes: single, double and double with two separate temperature controls.
The automatic thermostat and the control unit let you adjust the heat. It is designed for use under the sheets.

Does the large size have two controls?
Yes, the 150x180 cm size has two controls so the two sides can be set separately.
Safety: do not use the blanket folded or creased, do not insert pins, and do not use it on someone who cannot react to overheating or who is unable to operate the controls, including infants and people who are insensitive to heat. Unplug it when it is not in use and follow the instruction manual.
