How to use it
- Position: open the walking pad on a flat, stable surface
- Connect: plug it into the mains socket
- Switch on: press the power button on the display or use the app
- Choose the speed: start slowly (0.5-2 km/h) to warm up
- Train: increase gradually to the speed you want
- Monitor: check the data on the display or in the app
- Cool down: lower the speed for the last 3-5 minutes
- Switch off: stop completely and unplug it
- Fold: fold it and store it under the bed or the sofa
Maintenance
- Wipe the belt with a damp cloth after use
- Lubricate the belt every 3-6 months with silicone oil
- Check the belt tension from time to time
- Keep away from dust and excessive damp
- Do not exceed the maximum user weight of 100 kg
- Unplug it when not in use
