Ipertech collects your used equipment

All electrical and electronic appliances that have reached the end of their life (disposal of "WEEE" products) we collect them free of charge at your home !

How does it work?

When you buy a new appliance online and we come to deliver your product to you, we collect the old one for free if it is equivalent. As long as it is at the house where we come to deliver.

The withdrawal request must be made at the time of purchase, in the section: "Special Instructions for the Order". Indicate: "Collection Used".

The WEEE collection request will not be taken into consideration if the above option is not chosen.

For large appliances, we undertake to collect them from the 10th day and in any case always within 30 days of delivery.

The Customer, even in the case of home delivery of the purchased product, can decide to personally bring the equivalent used product to our shop, presenting the invoice received from us for the new purchased appliance upon delivery.

Obligations for collection:

▪️ The product must contain all its essential components
▪️ The product must be free of contaminating liquids that put the staff in charge at risk.
▪️ The product must not contain waste other than WEEE.

If the product is not ready or does not comply with the aforementioned standards, the courier will refuse collection.

Free collection is provided for by current legislation only for WEEE and takes place at the same time as the delivery of the new product, it must be of an equivalent type, i.e. one that has performed the same functions as the new equipment purchased;


For large-sized products: (e.g. large-sized refrigerator that does not pass through the entrance door or stairwell), the additional costs for transport will be charged to the customer, subject to confirmation of the estimate.
